About the regulation of purchases made on the site Thermoglance.com, please read carefully the General Conditions of Sale.
The items on this site can be purchased, subject to availability of inventories, by those who have turned 18. For the delivery of your purchases you can choose the address that suits you best: at home, in the office or at another address.
Lead time takes approximately 10 days upon receipt of payment, it need to add trasit time of express courier to schedule delivery time.

Viewing the Thermoglance.com e-shop catalogue it is possible in any given moment, from the product page, to place the chosen item in the « basket » by selecting the quantity (the default quantity is 1) and clicking on the basket icon.
Just repeat the same procedure to order another item.
The product selected will be added to the shopping basket and the number of items in the basket and the price will be up-dated: this information can be viewed on every page of the web site in the basket area under the heading image.

By clicking on the « Checkout » button the content of the basket can be viewed and the payment procedure can be accessed; this procedure can be cancelled in any moment before and up to step 4, as explained below.

The steps for completing an order are the following:

1. Order summary: in this step the items present in the shopping trolley cannot be removed or their quantity modified: the « Continue order » button leads to the next step.
2. Personal information: the data necessary for the purchase, the receipt and the delivery is requested here; mandatory fields are marked with a red asterisk. Pay Attention: VAT number must be valid to Import/Export purpose.
3. Shipping and payment: all the acquired data is summarised in a table, in which the delivery expenses, based on the total cost of the order and the destination, are also calculated and displayed; if the data displayed is correct, by clicking on the « Confirm order » button access to credit card payment is granted.
4. Order confirmation: All specifications obtained are summarized in a single table, the table shows the shipping costs, if the data is correct, by clicking on the button « Confirm order » you will access the Payment pricedure.

The purchase process can be interrupted at any time without consequences.

The order number in the email receipt is needed as a reference for any assistance request to our Customer Service.

All our items are packed in a special box suitable to be carried by express courrier and always shipped with insurance.

When receiving your order, we invite you to check:
– That the number of packages indicated on the waybill is actually the one delivered;
– That the package is intact and not damaged: any disputes must be reported to the courier indicating on the waybill before you sign for the withdrawal, the word « Withdrawn subject to control », otherwise the package is considered delivered correctly.

– Before accepting the goods, the buyer must make sure that box is not damaged or broken during the trasnsport.

If the delivery does not happen successfully (in case you are not at home at the time of delivery) , the courier will deliver your order the next working day. Thermoglance.com is not responsible for any delays due to the courier.
