Shipping costs and times
Shipping costs will be indicated in the offer/proforma. Order processing time is on average 10 days from receipt of payment.
Pay attention: To ship to country not showed in the below list, please ask to our customer care.
All our items are packed in a special box suitable to be carried by express courrier and always shipped with insurance.
When receiving your order, we invite you to check:
- That the number of packages indicated on the waybill is actually the one delivered;
- That the package is intact and not damaged: any disputes must be reported to the courier indicating on the waybill before you sign for the withdrawal, the word “Withdrawn subject to control”, otherwise the package is considered delivered correctly.
- Before accepting the goods, the buyer must make sure that box is not damaged or broken during the trasnsport.
